Bugatti Ergo kitchen knives are designed to best suit the diverse needs of chefs and cooking enthusiasts. They are handmade with high-quality, high-carbon steels. The blade is forged and machined with varying cross-section thickness and a uniform 35° bevel, ensuring high-quality cutting and sharpening performance. The ergonomic handle is made of stainless steel.

The blade is 150MM long with a thickness of 2.5MM and is made in a stainless steel alloy with an high carbon content. The heating treatment gives the blade a hardness that guarantees an optimum cut and a long life for the blade edge.
